Welcome to Tehsilia Premium. By accessing our website (www.tehsilia.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. General Conditions
- By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Tehsilia Premium operates from Vehari, Punjab, and all transactions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
2. Products & Pricing
- Authenticity: We guarantee that all products from brands like National, Panasonic, Kenwood, and Philips are genuine.
- Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in PKR. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
- Cash on Delivery (COD): This is our primary payment method. Customers must provide a valid phone number and address for order verification.
- Order Confirmation: An order is only considered “Confirmed” once our team verifies it via phone call or WhatsApp.
- Refusal: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the delivery location is outside our courier coverage area.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan using third-party courier services.
- Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days. Tehsilia Premium is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
- Customers are required to pay the full amount to the rider before opening the parcel (standard COD protocol in Pakistan).
5. Returns & Refunds
- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. The item must be unused and in the same condition/packaging that you received it.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact us at
support@tehsiliapremium.comwith your order number and photos of the issue.
6. Warranty Claims
- Many of our products (like the National TP-176) come with specific manufacturer warranties (e.g., 10-year motor warranty).
- Tehsilia Premium will assist you in the warranty claim process; however, the final decision on warranty fulfillment rests with the brand’s official service center.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tehsilia Premium shall not be liable for any accidental damage, injury, or loss resulting from the misuse of electronic appliances purchased from our store. Please read all product manuals carefully before use.
