Thank you for choosing Tehsilia Premium. We are dedicated to delivering your premium home appliances and electronics safely and efficiently to your doorstep, anywhere in Pakistan.
1. Order Verification
To ensure a secure shopping experience, all orders—especially Cash on Delivery (COD)—undergo a verification process.
- After placing an order, our team will contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp.
- Your order will only be processed and dispatched after verbal or written confirmation from you.
2. Delivery Timelines
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible:
- Within Vehari: 1–2 Business Days.
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 3–5 Business Days.
- Rest of Pakistan: 5–7 Business Days.
Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays, mega-sale events, or unforeseen weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the appliance and the delivery location.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on specific high-value items or during special promotional periods. Look for the “Free Shipping” badge on the product page.
4. Delivery Method (Cash on Delivery)
- Most of our shipments are sent via reputable courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards, or M&P).
- Payment Protocol: As per standard courier policy in Pakistan, customers must pay the courier rider the full invoice amount before opening the parcel. If there is an issue with the product after opening, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a Tracking Number via SMS or Email. You can track your parcel’s journey directly on the courier’s website or via our “Track My Order” page on the website.
6. Damaged Shipments
We pack our appliances (especially glass-heavy items like the National TP-176 Juicer) with extra care. However, if you notice the outer packaging is severely damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the parcel.
- Take a photo of the damaged box and contact us immediately at +92-324-5200005.
7. Delivery Address Changes
Address changes are only possible before the order has been dispatched. Please contact our support team at support@tehsiliapremium.com immediately if you need to update your shipping details.
