Returns & Refunds
At Tehsilia Premium, we take pride in the quality of our home appliances and electronics. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive with a fault. Our 14-day policy ensures you can shop with confidence.
1. The 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if there is a technical issue or physical damage upon arrival. After 14 days, the product falls under its respective brand warranty (e.g., National, Panasonic, or Kenwood).
2. Valid Reasons for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing Defect: The product does not turn on or function as described (e.g., motor issues).
- Shipping Damage: The product was damaged during transit.
- Wrong Item: You received a different model or color than what you ordered.
3. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following must be met:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
- The product must show no signs of external misuse or accidental damage by the customer.
- The “Tehsilia Premium” or “National” security seal (if applied) must not be tampered with.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for the same model, we will ship the replacement free of charge after the faulty unit is returned.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Items missing original packaging or accessories.
- Products damaged due to voltage fluctuations or improper home wiring.
- Items returned after the 14-day window has expired.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty product), Tehsilia Premium will cover the return shipping costs.
- In cases of “change of mind” (if accepted by management), the customer will be responsible for the return courier charges.
7. How to Initiate a Return
