1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? For major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad, delivery takes 3–5 business days. For Vehari and surrounding areas, it is usually 1–2 days.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, COD is available all over Pakistan. You pay the courier rider only when the product reaches your doorstep.

3. Can I open the parcel before paying the rider? According to standard courier policies in Pakistan, riders are not allowed to open parcels before receiving payment. However, we offer a 14-day return policy if you find any issue after opening the box.

4. Are your products genuine? Absolutely. We only sell original products from National, Panasonic, Kenwood, and Philips. We have been in the industry since 1977 and pride ourselves on our reputation for authenticity.

5. How do I claim a warranty? If a product has a manufacturer warranty (e.g., the 10-year motor warranty on the National TP-176), you can visit any official brand service center with your warranty card. Need help? Contact us, and we will guide you.

6. What does “100% Copper Motor” mean? This means the motor windings are made of pure copper, which is more durable, handles heat better, and lasts much longer than cheaper aluminum motors.

8. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once it has left our warehouse in Vehari, cancellation is not possible.

10. Do you provide installation services? We currently provide doorstep delivery. For products requiring technical installation (like ceiling fans), we recommend hiring a certified local electrician to ensure the warranty remains valid.
